The Practice and Office Development Manager will be tasked with monitoring, tracking and updating strategic business and practice development initiatives, and contributing to the overall success of the Hong Kong office.
The Manager will manage, develop and oversee the day- to day operations for the department and provide strategic development. Manager will oversee team ensuring that patients are receiving outstanding customer service and client care from the department.
The Office Administrator is responsible for coordinating all non-attorney personnel matters including hiring, orientation, discipline and discharge, coordination of performance reviews, management of performance issues, and employee and management counseling with Human Resources Department.

S/he will handle all administrative, fiduciary, multi-generational, accounting and tax issues on assigned accounts. S/He must also possess the technical and communication skills to enable him/her to participate in the sales process and service delivery for new Family Office relationships.
In this role, you will execute on all operational aspects of the office and surrounding offices and corporate apartments: real estate projects, kitchen, maintenance, front - of - house, shipping, space planning, etc.
