This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work related injuries which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of. injured/disabled individuals.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Care Management Department; mentor, supervise, and evaluate a team of care coordinators and other assigned staff.
Goal, planning, customer service/marketing, standards, certification and accreditation, administrative management, budget/cost containment, communication, and education of the neuroscience stepdown staff.
Demonstrates ability to function in the leadership role and be an active member of the leadership team. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team and coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to care.
