As Manager, Case Management you will manage the daily operations of the department and staff. You will ensure delivery of care, productivity and timeliness. You will ensure staff is informed of changes impacting their work by communicating updates, policy revision, performance outcomes and significant events.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the nursing clinical director, physician leader and staff in insuring that the service/unit maintains the highest standards of patient care and is responsive to the needs of the patient & family as well as the organization.
