Conduct new employee orientation, work with appropriate parties on developing of on-boarding plan and handle all related paperwork.Create reports and analyze data which may include turnover, exit survey responses, and headcount reports, performance counselor reports.
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues; assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.
Responsible for processing exempt and nonexempt semimonthly payroll 70 employees to grow to 90 in 2017; manage activities related to payroll, recruiting, new hire processes, and terminations, benefits administration, salary administration, performance management, handles compliance and employment regulations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a previous experience processing payroll using the ADP platform; strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to work independently are a must.
Perform audit and compliance functions as requested on items such as audit reports verification, commission reports and payroll information; maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal requirements.

Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement; work closely with HR team on employee relations, recruiting, learning and professional development programs.
