The Director will be involved in shaping work HR COE (Center of Excellence) strategy, driving HR capability and efficiency and supporting optimization; knowledge in the areas of HR metrics, analytics, and data strategy.
The Business Partner will build relationships at all levels and will work closely with all members of the HR Team and CFCs business teams to provide input, support initiatives, and share best practices to improve operational effectiveness.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
In this position, you will manage, and resolve complex employee relations issues. Work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide notification to broker representatives regarding various fund changes and company product offerings to ensure they have the most up to date information.
