In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to leverage major industry job boards not only to post jobs and wait for applicants, but do detailed hunting for that 'purple squirrel' candidate.
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all departments within the corporate office including: design, product management, merchandising, buying, planning, sales, store design, marketing, ecommerce, PR, creative services, visual merchandising, IT, Finance, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time; strong written and verbal communication skills; must have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites.
