Identify diverse, top-level talent through aggressive sourcing methods, which include Internet research, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, associations, and other sources as needed.
Utilize expert level knowledge of search methodologies to conduct searches and clearly define hiring managers roles; sourcing beyond LinkedIn, with a proven professional network and the ability to continually maximize sourcing strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and manage recruitment analytics that help monitor the effectiveness of recruitment techniques and strategies; develop and manage recruitment branding to attract best in class employees.
This position requires an uncommon balance of creativity, drive, strong interpersonal skills as well as savvy analytical skills, work effectively with a large volume of candidates and open requisitions.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting for requisitions (10 to 20 at a time), including: creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing talent, conducting phone screens, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, negotiating offers, and closing.
