In this role, the selected candidate designs, supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel in the largest accounts or in an account requiring a highly skilled Executive Chef.
In this position, you will support the development of the business development strategy for food security and livelihood programming in assigned countries and contribute to business development, including conducting stakeholder analysis and identifying potential partnership opportunities.
In collaboration with the Food & Beverage Group, the Accountant / Bookkeeper will be responsible for providing bookkeeping and other accounting services tp businesses in the industry group, including: specialty grocery stores; supermarkets; restaurants and groups; manufacturers; and, other food companies.
As R&D Food Technologist independently develop products and processes to keep products competitive and profitable; evaluate food ingredients, new technologies and processing equipment Provide technical services to operations as requested.
In this role, the selected candidate will train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities; estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food, select and develop recipes, standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation technique and quality standards, plan and price menus.
