The Executive Assistants primary responsibility is to support the Managing Director Global Head of Department by performing a variety of both routine and complex administrative, clerical and office duties, including oral and written communications, business contact management, calendar management, meeting organization, travel planning and special projects.
Perform Word, PowerPoint and Excel formatting, proofing, editing, copying and binding documents, understand production materials required for Proposal vs Project documents, promote high quality output.

Responsible for providing operational and secretarial support to the general manager and office as needed. Participate in a variety of responsible and complex administrative, secretarial and clerical duties; and to provide information and assistance to the public regarding departmental services, policies and procedures.
Coordinate and schedule large internal meetings involving the CEO & COO, board meetings, senior leadership meetings, and other daily meetings while monitoring and anticipating scheduling conflicts; ensure CEO & COO are on kept on schedule and on time for meetings.
