The Project Manager will regularly work with developers, product owners, testers, and other business stakeholders in the process of delivering high-quality, timely products and features. The Project Manager comes in every day with a focus on continuous improvement.
As a project manager, the engineer will work closely with a Principal Engineer and will manage all project responsibilities. The selected candidate will provide unique design and project management opportunities in all facets of Civil Engineering.
In this role include leading Engineering project initiatives and directing day to day execution of project tasks and deliverables, building and maintaining project schedules and project documentation; collecting and preparing project metrics and reports; working with product development engineers/teams on project activities, process improvement and more.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing electrical design changes into production for current products, perform engineering failure investigations and provide electrical engineering consultation support of other CPE projects.
The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of managing and developing technical work (writing specifications, developing calculations, coordinating with equipment suppliers) related to the water and wastewater field (pump stations, treatment plants, process design, screenings and grit handling.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience leading partnerships between Engineering and other teams such as product, marketing, project management, etc. in addition to leadership/stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead projects from planning to design and construction of water/wastewater treatment plants / facilities, pump stations, storm water systems, and distribution / collection systems, as well as creating construction documents/specifications and handling engineering services during construction.
In this role, you will be in development of professional services proposals, management of projects and clients, development of technical approaches to projects, and participation in public presentations and speaking engagements.
In this role, the selected candidate will support proposal developments and plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
