The Sales Director is a senior sales, business development and client management leadership position that reports directly to the Vice President, Global Sales Operations. The Sales Director leads the overall new client sales engagements and expansion and renewal selling for all prospects and clients in the southwest region.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate the sales & marketing forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization and proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales & marketing organizations planning efforts.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify and pursue targeted production companies, educating them on companys services and products as well as best practices in production workforce management, and conducting product demos as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in substantially growing sales through execution of a disciplined strategy, growing existing relationships, and penetrating new accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing senior level derivative sales coverage and promoting the growth of derivatives products to include transactions in interest rate swaps, interest rate options and structured banking products for the risk management needs.
As the Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will be responsible for directing the building of a pipeline of new business, negotiating contracts and closing proposed business, maintaining strong relationships with museums and cultural institutions, understanding and implementing new mobile technologies and trends in the industry, and building the company brand across existing and emerging platforms.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist clients with strategic planning initiatives, marketing program development, results analysis and campaign planning as well; develop client presentations, client training and proposal generation.
In this role, you will be responsible for retaining existing business, penetrating and growing business in under-served markets and customers consistent with company capabilities, as well as long and short term business plans.
