The Director of Quality Assurance (RN) will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and direction of effective quality strategies with oversight for all of quality activities and improvement within the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with hospital, nursing, and medical staff leadership to develop an infrastructure and implement plans that focus on improving patient outcomes and ensuring clinical best practices.
Maintains the BNL Annual Laboratory Plan, the Laboratory Agenda, the annual planning calendar, and associated directorate business plans. Serves as part of the senior leadership team at the Laboratory, including participation as a member of companys Policy Council.
Identify, engage and manage third-party labs/companies to perform testing services to ensure and benchmark quality, conduct microbiological testing and ensure that the company and/or supplier partners products are meeting / exceeding federal, state and local regulatory compliance standards where applicable.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, and administering quality and accreditation strategies, activities and programs aligned with and compliant with ArchCare Advantage Medicare Special Needs Plan.
Develop and maintain a quality and safety systems to assure that all products and services provided by the facility and/or repair station meet regulatory/industry requirements, company standards and end-user specifications and are suitable for their intended use.
In this role the Clinical Research Quality Assurance Director will direct and actively manage the development and daily operations of the facilitys centralized clinical research quality assurance program.
Oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of Molina national and state-based Quality Interventions to ensure they meet state and federal intervention rules and are aligned with best practices as identified in the healthcare quality improvement literature and within Molina plans.
