In this role, you will serve as administrative assistant to IGT Program manager, providing liaison between cross function groups to ensure orders, customer demand, returns and shipments are processed accurately in accordance with agreed contract terms and conditions.
In this role, you will demonstrate general knowledge of business practices, and University and sponsored project policies and procedures. Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills required.
In this role, the selected candidate will select, train, develop and review performance of subordinates. Ensure that Contracts Team performs assigned tasks with the appropriate level of competence gained through training, mentoring, coaching, and experience.
The Contract Manager will work in close collaboration with Programs Department colleagues and managerial staff as well as with all other CAMS departments as required for contracts payments, compliance, data/reporting.
