In this role, you will lead Process Improvement (PI) activities and projects. Supervises staff on specific projects and provides project management oversight on complex projects including tracking implementation and monitoring effectiveness of organizational changes. Actively participates in process improvement staff development and recruiting. Works under general direction.
Lead process improvement initiatives and teams focused on one division or function using process improvement tools such as current state assessments, data analysis, and creation of strategic future state processes and organizational models.
In this role, you will lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.
In this role, you will build and manage a team of Lean Engineers to execute strategy and projects globally Develop and /or approve operational definitions and measurement methods for all metrics associated with the Lean capability.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for management of mini-transformations (defining work plans, coordinating team members); maintains strong communications and partners with other Lean Leaders to ensure consistent application of lean tools and a high degree of standardization between plants.
Establishing and implementing the process controls required to ensure compliance of the process and the product with all pertinent specifications and standards and monitoring compliance with the controls.
