In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate, collect and analyze data to develop statistical problem and goal statements geared to deliver on annual Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (S, Q, D, C) objectives.
In this role, you will be managing multiple project work-streams and/or all facets of large-scale projects or major project sub-sets, strong knowledge of the SDLC and project methodologies, and strong project change management skills.
The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate the creation and implementation of continuous improvement plans based on the Lean Principles and Fundamental Concepts, provide lean training across Integer, and provide guidance for successful implementation.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will mentor leadership level, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of continuous improvement methodologies, and remove barriers for Black Belt and Green Belt projects as well as assisting in the evaluation of all Black Belts.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish new or improved systems for sales order ingest, backlog management, production planning, raw material ordering, and subcontractor management; implement process improvements to achieve continuous improvement in yield, quality, cost and productivity.
