In this role, the selected candidate will perform plan review of construction documents, conduct inspections and witness testing on construction projects for which a Construction Permit has been issued.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with both internal business units and external vendors to ensure all compliance information is maintained, including but not limited to: classification assignments; hazardous material information; RoHS, WEEE, REACH, and other governmental obligations.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with ETF traders, portfolio managers and members of the Legal and Risk Management Departments to appropriately manage pre-trade alerts in the Order Management System (Charles River).
In this role, you will provide periodic review of Facilities Department documentation and records such as logbooks, preventative maintenance records and work orders to assess for compliance with established quality standards, policies and procedures.
The specialist will participate in and direct examinations of supervised financial institutions and is also expected to contribute to other examination, analytical, and policy work conducted by the Compliance Risk Department. The risk specialist is expected to effectively interact with senior executives at supervised firms and with senior supervisors and FRS/FRB management, legal staff, and policymakers across agencies.
In this role, you will assist in developing and coordinating educational and training programs regarding elements of the compliance program, such as appropriate documentation, to all appropriate personnel. The selected candidate will maintain abreast of compliance issues and regulations related to the healthcare industry.
