The Manager Benefits is part of the Corporate Benefits Department, which has the responsibility of developing, negotiating and customizing all health, welfare and retirement planes for the Company in the US and Canada.
The Sales Manager, working with their local Growth Leader(s) is the local lead in identifying, developing and supporting marketing activities including seminars, roundtables, and other speaking opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze and assess the use and efficiency of current HRMS systems; evaluate and make recommendation on new systems and oversee implementation and integration; identify opportunities for improving processes through information systems changes and/or upgrades.

This mid - senior level position leads the entire employee benefits due diligence process from initial engagement through deal close, creating the diligence report and delivering the report to our private equity clients.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
