The primary responsibility of this position will be contributing to the development and maintenance of an updated classification and compensation program to ensure equity across campus in terms of title, grade and salary.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Compensation Director, HR colleagues and external consultants on a variety of projects, including: salary and incentive program reviews, market competitiveness and equity grants.
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for assisting with the administration of the organizations benefit plans. The position involves a strong working knowledge of employee benefits, policies, and procedures and the ability to review complex analytics to resolve employee and vendor issues. This position engages with third party vendors, payroll and legal.
