In this role,you will be responsible for develop and execute Client Service Strategyand Planning, Client Service Assessments, Marketing Strategy, Client and Alumni Relationship Management, Client Meeting Preparation, and Proposals
This person will lead a geographically distributed organization that is responsible for delighting our advertisers by maximizing the return on their marketing investment with AMG, delivering flawless ease of doing business and be responsible for driving client service strategy and execution. Internally, this role will partner closely across a number of teams including Sales, Retail, Product, Creative, and Shopper Marketing.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop a strategic plan that identifies the various systems and data related areas, and an action plan with short and long term initiatives to develop and rollout of investor reporting tools and automation.
In this position, you will work with sales and your account team(s) to help to drive overall upfront planning for your account(s), and you will manage a portfolio view of brand and media strategies for clients.
