Provide operational support to GBS Business Unit Sales Leaders focused at Client Experience metrics. The role requires on-going review and analysis of client feedback on the Sales Transaction and Relationship surveys targeted at the Global Business Services business unit and offerings.

The role of Client Partner - Mobile Solutions is responsible for strategic solution-based sales to an assigned Global, Domestic and International, Enterprise account base to meet/exceed all business/sales targets.
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and customer engagement strategies for named accounts; work with account executives, technical, and services team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and managing contracts and rates with telecom providers including negotiation of new contracts and services, tracking contract terms, monitoring financial spend and ensuring service providers meet performance expectations.
