This is an entry level position in the support of Mitel Cloud Services. The qualification and skills are those that are required to be a Mitel Triage (Tier 1) employee. Your primary responsibilities as a Triage Agent is to provide technical assistance and support to our Mitel Cloud customers via inbound phone calls and emails.
In this role, the selected candidate will define and supports technical troubleshooting for semi-complex problems relating to the network, computer and peripherals while working in an airport environment as well as remote support.
In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
In this role, you will manufacturing facility in Henderson. The position is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of a software-driven manufacturing process. It's a combination of technical troubleshooting, databasescripting and software development.
