In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for implementing cost effective recruitment functions including locating and visiting outside centers of recruitment, processing field employee and customer referrals, and weekly contact with inactive field employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for development and coordination of marketing strategies for sourcing of candidates to include print advertising, websites, direct mail, contingency firms and residency programs.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of the Company Talent Acquisition team, an important part of the recruiting process, and is critical to providing a brilliant candidate experience. Talent Acquisition Coordinators work very closely with the recruiting team and are involved in all aspects of the high-volume candidate management process.
In this role, you will play a crucial role within a fast-paced and laser-focused staffing team, working to coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers (by phone and onsite), managing complex scheduling requirements, facilities requirements and candidate travel.
