In this role, the selected candidate must have a knowledge and experience with state and local safety, fire, and construction; an understanding of blueprints and building codes; experience developing cost estimates and budgets.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the functioning and maintenance of building systems, manage utility consumption, manage budgets, oversee compliance with state and local Health & Safety regulations, oversee procurement, and direct third-party contractors, vendors and consultants.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide work direction and supervision to a staff of 3 maintenance techs; be involved in maintenance and repair of production machinery, equipment and facilities.
This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance personnel,troubleshooting problems, and other similar duties pertaining to maintenance operations. We prefer candidates with engineering skills that are confident in mechanical and electrical areas and can address and repair hydraulic, PLC, electrical, mechanical and AC/DC issues.
Candidates must have good verbal communication skills, be able to read plans and machine details and use hand/power tools effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and electrical repairs.
