In this role, you will assist and advise in the development of Concept of Operation (CONOP) documents to describe and clarify operational parameters. The ISSA will develop accreditation documentation and coordinate and oversee certification and accreditation activities.
In this role, you will support all QA methodologies pertaining to the SDLC and compliance directives, including those tests called out by local gaming authorities. The selected candidate will also maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
In this role, you will provide extensive local hands-on support assistance for other IT Teams (Server, Telecommunications and Network) to support Programming Center and Warehouse production environments.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in the design of system enhancements, responsible for ensuring successful implementation of systems enhancements, new procedures, and changes in workflow resulting from industry and regulatory developments, system initiatives, and/or other business opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, implements and oversees a risk-based Records and Information Management program to ensure records are maintained and disposed of in compliance with legal discovery, federal, state, and corporate policies and procedures and industry best practices, both to mitigate risk around records retention and to effectuate cost efficiencies.
