The Human Resources Manager is the first point of contact for assigned GE Oil & Gas managers and employees, to provide advice, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. This role is critical in executing our location wide initiatives, providing available and responsive internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the store management team and regional team on associate relations issues, corrective action performance management, and terminations; act as an associate advocate when appropriate to meet company goals and objectives.
In this role, you will responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.

The HR Initiatives Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific HR projects ensuring consistency with company/HR strategy, commitments, and goals. The Manager will also be responsible for the analysis, preparation, maintenance, and management of a variety of project documents, plans, reports, and correspondence as well as the set up and coordination of project meetings and sessions with a variety of stakeholders.
In this role, you will coordinate and monitor all compensation and benefit systems and practices, ensuring they are within Corporate guidelines. The selected candidate will lead HR liaison responsibilities between corporate and operations.
