The General Manager is the team leader who has the overall responsibility of maintaining the physical integrity of the property and creating an environment which enhances customer satisfaction drives tenant sales and positions the property for future growth.
In this role, you will manage client relationships with convention centers, convention and visitors bureaus, show management and exhibitors; develops all employees in the division, builds division capacity, attracts talent to meet division needs and engages in succession planning.

develop a plan for all newly hired and current leaders so they understand their mission and have the tools to offer unparalleled service, satisfaction, and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing a single retail store, inclusive of the salon. Has complete operational accountability to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals for the store in compliance with company procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will manages manufacturing initiatives such as lean six sigma; leads cost control and understands maximization of return on invested capital; leads and drives profitability and service outcomes.
