The Senior Product Manager is responsible for product strategy, revenue, profitability and quality over the entire lifecycle of the product. This includes strategic planning, portfolio management, end of life planning, forecasting, and obsolescence management. An additional task will include the support of business development and sales pursuits from a product management perspective.
This position is critical to ensure the timely processing of monetary and non-monetary transactions for Fidelity clients. The Manager will have the responsibility to continually improve services through effective coaching and development. This individual will provide line management of day to day operations and staff, assuring adherence to prescribed levels of productivity, accuracy, customer service, compliance and controls.
In this role, you will working closely with utility client personnel to monitor program results including energy savings, quality assurance and to develop recommendations to improve the program as needs are identified.
