The Senior Project Manager position is a multifaceted position that requires the candidate to develop and maintain business opportunities, provide overall management direction to one or more projects, establish project objectives, serve as main liaison with client, manage project budget, produce monthly financial forecasts, uphold safety standards, and manage subcontractor and supplier relations.
In this role, you will evaluate new products and projects and provides the technical assessment to upper management in order for them to determine the feasibility of the product both from a financial and technical perspective.
The Project Manager works closely with all functional groups and clients to understand product strategy and prioritize product development projects. The candidate will have experience leading client-facing activities, and possess the ability to interact with various teams in order to determine effectiveness and success. Prospective candidates must carry a blend of business and technical savvy, vision, and strong communication skills with respect to strategy, planning, execution and launch.
The Project Manager will demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, provide mentorship to others, motivate the work environment, and exhibit strong conflict resolution skills and collaboration while maintaining composure.
The primary responsibility of the role is to work with project personnel and partners with the extended project team, including customers, sponsors, and suppliers, to ensure that the project is fully and properly integrated.
