In this role, you will monitors treatment results through written progress reports and observation of patients. Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care. Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient s personal characteristics.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to individuals with developmental, physical, cognitive and/or emotional impairments, disabilities and/or handicaps to assist in reaching optimal function within their physical limitations.
In this role, you will be responsible to instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in those skills and functions essential for promoting independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology.
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination and body alignment, to relieve pain and to improve movement and function.
The selected candidate will performs physical therapy assessment procedures utilizing techniques consistent with the patients diagnosis. Develops individualized treatment plan based on evaluation findings.
