In this role, the selected candidate will lead Technical efforts for software upgrade, patch updates, data migration, for server software. Apply configuration and tuning standards in accordance with Linux recommendations and client requirements.
In this role, you will assists in the development of documents and artifacts to facilitate traceability of work activities and problem resolution; produces, updates, and applies technical work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP) and checklists to assure quality and consistently deliver results.
In this role, you will proactively looks to improve and add efficiency to current processes and exercise judgment in the decision-making process in order to provide customer service which meets or exceeds established service level agreements.
Responsibilities extend from the user's terminal to the server, but do not normally include the network backbone infrastructure unless otherwise established. You will ensure servers, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and operating system/application software are properly configured for network operation, are on-line, and are available to customers.
