The individual serves as a primary knowledgeable point of contact for the DoD and the NNSA Nuclear Weapons Complex with respect to issues relating to a specified weapon system, Technical Publications, Test and Handling gear and Spares.
Work both as a team member and individually to translate customer and user needs into custom software solutions that are peer reviewed, tested, verified and integrated and ultimately deployed into operations.

Provide nuclear safety assurance engineering to influence nuclear weapon system and component design development, qualification, production and surveillance efforts as a member of Product Realization Teams for the B61-12 and W80-4 programs.
