Use software tools to combine data and knowledge from independent systems to create a holistic view of a market to support decision making; communicate findings and recommendations along with the methodology used to drive to conclusions.
Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder organizations when designing, building and developing dashboards; cultivate strong collaborations with business and technical partners, and senior staff.
The individual will be accountable for generating data-driven insights on market dynamics, customer segmentation, sales/territory trends, contract analyses and other commercial areas to optimize performance in the various Hospital franchises.
The PM will be responsible for creating and managing the project plans for the multiple Reporting areas and serve as the lead for gathering and documenting Business Requirements and Functional Design for the report portfolios.
Comfortable with all aspects of Financial reporting, ETL/datawarehousing, data modeling, regulatory issues around data (SOX), data integration, data stewardship, report and dashboard development, performance tuning, etc.
