In this role, the selected candidate will review account submissions for brokerage territory and, make determination on adequacy of information, and preliminary risk acceptability, analyze and review financial statements, company management, company prospects, industry prospects, legal structure and outstanding litigation.

The Underwriter will modify and approve initial stipulations from Underwriting Assistants. File appraisals, analyze data that was ordered by the Underwriting Assistants; Review loan files to insure they meet guidelines to approve loan files to proceed to closing.
The Surety Junior Underwriter supports the Surety underwriting team in bond administration and servicing;perform all necessary procedures to process bond transactions in corporate systems including but not limited to eStart, eSurety, and OMEGA.
This position is responsible for evaluating risk, program guidelines, collateral review and making appropriate loan decisions based on established residential mortgage underwriting guidelines, information, and documentation provided in the residential mortgage loan file.
