This position will manage a staff of four in executing select accounting and reporting responsibilities including the accounting for derivative financial instruments, debt accounting and covenant reporting and the accounting for various incentive based compensation programs.
Lead the strategy and execution for our technical enablement programs that achieve project implementation success; focus on identifying and effectively delivering technical skills and competencies critical to the success of our employees, partners, and customers.
Maintain an up-to-date library of accounting policies, documentation of resolution of accounting issues and inquiries received from Senior Management, other headquarter departments or facility employees.
Oversee companys global derivative financial instrument accounting, including appropriate documentation for effective hedge treatment, preparing financial reporting disclosures, and maintaining support for auditors.
Identifies and manages risk during execution of new product launches and throughout the commercial product lifecycle; provides overall leadership and direction for project managers supporting the product initiatives and activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Companys global derivative financial instrument accounting, including ensuring appropriate documentation for effective hedge treatment, preparing financial reporting disclosures and maintaining support for the auditors.
