The Project Superintendent provides direction, oversight and management of all jobsite construction requirements and Superintendent Personnel associated with multi-family residential and mixed use projects.
Ability to professionally interface with owner, subcontractors, architects, and engineers; in addition, job duties include but not limited to: daily progress photographs and active participation in coordination between trades; toolbox talks, general knowledge of safe construction practices. School & SDA projects a plus.
The Superintendent I will assist more senior Superintendents on the day to day responsibilities of multi-family residential and mixed use construction projects from start to finish. He or she will take responsibility and manage several components of the project.
The Plant Superintendent will direct production, shipping and maintenance activities to execute plans and achieve production goals at the lowest cost with the highest regard for safety and product quality.
The Project Superintendent has the responsibility and authority for daily coordination and direction of the project. The Project Superintendent will generally concentrate on long-range planning, problem solving, and logistics.
The Core Department Superintendent will oversee core making operations, core box design & layout, as well as core resin testing. The Core Department Superintendent will also be responsible for coldbos core systems, and no-bake core systems.
Monitor quality standards of all jobs, and ensure that all quality assurance and company standards are being met. Monitor job schedule and coordinate work with contractors and deliveries with suppliers and ensure inspections are scheduled appropriately.
