In this role, you will have Strong experience and knowledge of financial instruments, specifically knowledge and a technical understanding of securities processing including product, process and system knowledge.
In this role, you will identify needs of the team assigned to a project and resolve those needs to the greatest extent possible including safety issues, customer feedback, site access, and scope of work conflicts.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, and in many cases, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective. S/he works with constituent Project Managers (who are responsible to the Program Manager for the execution of their project and its impact on the program) to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform project team management, driving motivation, collaboration and performance; provide an environment conducive to the mentoring, coaching and training apprentice PMs.
This position is responsible for influencing peers, SMEs and executives within his/her own organization as well peers, SMEs and executives in other organizations including Finance, Product Marketing, Engineering, IT, Sourcing and Network teams.
In this position, you will provide strategic and tactical leadership to successfully implement sales operations technology and service projects for the Healthcare industry. Drives key elements of internal and client engagements including project scoping, business requirements, project schedule creation, status reporting, issue and risk management, testing, training, and deployment.
This candidate will have ownership of budget reporting across the group, monitor spend, as well as annual budget planning with a high attention to detail to assure accurate reporting numbers to the corporate finance group.
