Liaises with finance and maintains D&I budget by managing ERG spending, vendor contracts and shared costs supporting enterprise initiatives and / or programs while reporting and tracking spending by quarter.
The role will support the effort to sustain and improve programs and activities associated with the life cycle of project, including specification, selection, procurement, installation, and qualification.
Must have years work experience managing full lifecycle technology based projects using a formal project management methodology (PMP Certification a plus) and current software project reporting tools (MS Project+).
Act as business liaison serving as primary point of contact between application business segments and database administrators; assist with design, development and implementation of databasearchitectures and database solutions for new initiatives.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing elements for Post projects from conception to completion providing support, direction and updates to project coordinator(s) and Creative support roles within the Post Department.
Responsible for end to end management of critical Marketing and Sales projects for the Digital Operations team. Facilitates, manages, and reports status on all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through gating, requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and ROI tracking.
The PM will work closely with program and functional management to ensure program objectives are achieved and participate in the support of new business for Technology Solutions and other business areas.
Candidate must be able to navigate the partner culture which is different than a traditional corporate environment. Understand the delicate balance between pushing for info and understanding that the person they are trying to get information from is the client.
