The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities and is a go-to person for reporting, training and advice, as well as day-to-day inquiries.
In this role you will support activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation. The selected candidate will manage candidate pipeline and proactively recruit and hire technical and clinical staff as required.
In this role, the candidate will provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, and interviewing.
Utilize numerous networking tools to develop and grow a candidate talent base for creative and marketing projects and interim staffing solutions. Deliver the highest level of quality customer care and service.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the recruiting teams and our on-site client managers. Manages the requisition process, retrieves detailed job descriptions from client managers, collects resumes of candidates for contract positions, schedules interviews and completes the screening process
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and leverage market intelligence to target passive candidates through internet sourcing, resume mining, targeting special interest groups, competitive intelligence, key industries and companies.
