The program manager (PGM) is responsible for the successful development and execution of the project acting as the main point of contact between Owner and Honeywell staff. The PGM will lead a group of professionals managing and coordinating all activities, responsibilities, and schedule commitments.
The Project Manager will oversee/manage the daily execution of activities across selected project tracks/work streams (e.g., estimation, scoping, build, deployment, budget, staffing, vendor management), including integrating business and IT work efforts, as well as integrating IT staff and 3rd party service provider work efforts.
In this role, you will identify needs of the team assigned to a project and resolve those needs to the greatest extent possible including safety issues, customer feedback, site access, and scope of work conflicts.
In this role, you will product Ownership of Benefit & Clinical Tool in an agile IT Project methodology. Includes Product Backlog creation and prioritization of projects, defects and small enhancements; generation of user stories and acceptance criteria; strong partnership with IT to deliver required functions as deemed critical for strategic business improvements.
The Digital Project Manager, IT Enterprise will be responsible for stakeholder partnerships, team leadership and relationship management, while exercising good communication and the ability to influence, with sound judgment.
In this role, you will develop, socialize and operationalize Portfolio Management and Project Governance frameworks, processes and enabling technologies. This includes Demand Management, partnering with ePMO on Investment Portfolio Prioritization, IT Policies and Standards, partnering with Application Services to determine Project management and Program Management best practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working with Infrastructure people, stakeholders, and management to implement security controls, work up the project plan, and drive the plan from beginning to end.
