The Senior Benefits Design & Administration Analyst is responsible for directing and planning the daily administration of Pinnacles group benefit programs. This includes all health and welfare plans, spending accounts, disability, FMLA and retirement. In addition, this position is responsible for providing customer service to employees, the HR team, and payroll regarding benefit-related issues.
The Senior Analyst will participate in the design and support the implementation and communication of the Companys executive and broad-based compensation strategy, plans, policies and programs to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and external peers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation and benefit programs including executive salary surveys, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans.
