The Junior Art Director will work with agency art directors, copywriters, and creative directors to conceive and design advertising and marketing campaigns across various media, including print, digital, mobile, out-of-home, direct mail, and video.
The Art Director (AD) is responsible for the generation and execution of creative concepts from design through finished product. Ensure adherence to clients marketing strategies and objectives, meeting deadlines on client projects. Assist Art Supervisor on larger, more complex projects. Work with Senior Copywriter to generate concepts.
Leads creative initiatives, including brand identity and logo development, team campaign development, event campaign development, presentation development, sales driving activations, in-game and arena experiences, T-shirt and apparel design, digital advertising and social engagement.
Helping the creative team and freelance photographers pull together photoshoots for social media and/or retail marketing needs, from start (brainstorming and collecting swipes) to finish (assisting on-set and post-production).
