The Energy Business Consultant sales position is primarily responsible for developing and closing high level sales opportunities through executive level relationships in public and private sector markets.
The responsibilities of this position would involve advising Business Development colleagues and Senior Management on a wide - variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions with both private and publicly traded companies, divestitures of subsidiaries and divisions, asset sales and purchases, collaborations, joint ventures, spin - outs and strategic alliances.
Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process running customized pilots, demonstrations, providing technical training and playing a key role in pilots and post-sale implementations with larger accounts.
Responsible to act as clients primary point of contact and identifies service issues that impact client satisfaction. Responsible for engaging appropriate York resources for prompt and effective resolution of issues.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to foster relationships with school districts to obtain ongoing contracts that provide students, teachers and administrators with the educational tools they need.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate with Product Management and Development to ensure that the necessary environments and the most current demonstrable product release is available for use.
