The Business Analyst, Ad Sales Systems will be responsible for analyzing and documenting user requirements, problem solving, application support and project management efforts to offer new solutions or enhancements to customers, automate processing or to improve existing business processes and associated information systems for the Ad Sales Research team.
In this role, the selected candidate identifies areas where technology, development of new systems or enhancements to existing systems and/or integration solutions can lead to increased efficiency and productivity.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all incentive plans, managing the issuance and approvals of monthly payroll and all annual incentive plans, overseeing and reviewing sales rep actual attainment and assisting with monthly commission accruals, payouts and reporting.
In this role, you will support audit deliverables related to compensation payouts and provide assistance related to Sarbanes-Oxley testing of sales compensation processes. (Includes managing and tracking audit language in contracts).
In this role, you will provide support to senior leaders and brokers by providing analysis, research, and perspective of client and market information that enables the business to think and approach clients strategically.
