The District Sales Manager is responsible for generating adequate sales from the district to achieve district sales goals by recruiting, training, and motivating contractors to sell our products. The District Manager position will also involve traveling to establish builders, train and assist them in pre-engineered sales, order and product knowledge.
Work with the Director of Industrial Sales to analyze, develop and recommend customer sales/profitability offers to be approved by the VP Industrial Sales. Analyze current raw/ refined sugar market and competitors in order to develop and recommend these offers. The US sugar market is quite dynamic and requires constant monitoring/analysis.
The Account Manager will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the companys products and/or related services. Personally contact and secures new business accounts/customers.
In this role, you will establish and maintain executive relationships at important customers and networks with potential future customers; establish and support a safety culture in which all accidents are preventable.
Work with customer purchasing, manufacturing, and other groups to maximize existing business by solving problems, expediting the sales process, managing pricing negotiations, and strengthening overall business relationships.
This person will work closely with residential and commercial customers (contractors, mechanical engineers, etc.) to build awareness, gain product specification and assist with training. As well as manage an existing sales force.
