Develops and cultivates relationships with key channel partners, enterprise customers and other industry leaders, monitoring all metrics and assuring the team meets both sales and key selling objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with marketing and sales operations to take advantage of lead development efforts (outbound lead development reps, inbound lead generation, trade show leads and partnership leads).
The Territory Account Leader (TAL) expands the sales of Ethicon products and converts competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction. The TL oversees coordination of sales resources across specified facilities along with the Sales Manager, to help align the resources for account / facility results.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with OEM Project Managers, Engineers, and Sales Coordinators to provide customers with custom solutions from project conception to project endof-life strategies.
