The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.
Supervise new and existing Regional Account Managers and assists with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all government requirements (Federal, State and local), filings, postings, and laws are satisfied for each location. Assist in the development of performance metrics that drive business goals.
