Provide support to the Quality Systems department by effectively monitoring and maintaining change control, document control, master data systems and processes in a compliant and efficient manner. Maintain divisional responsibility for administration of systems including PLM, ERP and MDM.
Collaborates with cross functional partners such as Quality Engineering, R&D, Operations, Medical, Marketing to seek their input into the development of policies and procedures, and their support in addressing Quality Issues.

This role will specifically include evaluation of portfolio processes and change management activities across the Bank while offering guidance on where and how improvements can be made, including recommendations on key controls, performance metrics, and governance needs for monitoring the change management capability.
