The Analyst oversees execution and maintenance of processes that support existing Quality System applications and their associated processes. This role helps to support business partners with the utilization of the application.
Provide support to Schindler Quality Department, with the comprehensive use of statistical tools, and analysis of data base systems, and collecting information directly from Field Customer & Factories.
Interact with business desks, Program Management Office, BA and compliance officers; working with and managing with distributed development teams; building/maintaining high volume , low latency and real-time trading systems.
Assist in the deployment of risk tools in member firms, including configuration of rotation regulations and validation of historical data; schedule and run phone meetings with firms and document meeting results.
Work with managers, supervisors and other leadership of the Investor Reporting areas to develop and execute a quality assurance program, to support the prevention and management of financial, operational, and compliance risks within the Investor Services area.
Lead internal analytical and process deviations associated with data integrity breach and train/guide site team in the investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA associated with these deviations including CAPA effectiveness checks.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop test plans, test cases and test scripts based on evolving use cases and product requirements; estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
