The Manager, Change Communications, Enterprise Facilities Management executes change communications strategies that engage, align and inspire stakeholders to embrace our new Facilities Management strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, manage and successfully implement public relations plans that support business objectives and marketing strategies and overarching company priorities.
In this role, you will manage the real-time publication of corporate content and the curation of multiple subscription content streams; track site metrics and produce reports; partner with content contributors from business and corporate centers to ensure the content they are publishing delivers an employee-centric experience through customized news, information and tools to employee desktops and mobile devices adheres to defined editorial standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of philanthropic programs and partnerships designed to positively enhance the companys reputation as a good and caring corporate citizen among internal and external constituencies.
In this role, you will be providing technical direction in the use of Systems Development methodologies and processes (uses SEI CMMI and/or ISO 9001/AS 9100 compliant processes to execute assigned tasks).
The successful candidate will build a comprehensive IS Communications Strategy with supporting plans and drive to success, considering the needs of both internal and external audiences and partnering closely with our Corporate Communications team as needed.
