Develop, deploy and ensure compliance of the strategic business management operating system and standard work. To include regular rhythm of communications, project updates and ensuring key deliverables are achieved.
The Project Manager is the single point of responsibility and accountability for his/her assigned Projects starting with the Project Turnover Meeting and ending with a successful COC, Customer Survey and hand-off to the Service Department.

Evolve program and project management capabilities, improve delivery of solutions to business clients, and leverage project management knowledge across the IT organization and establish positive and collaborative relationships with customers and demonstrate a clear understanding of both internal and external customer requirements and measurement criteria.
Conducting risk assessment (consulting the correct stakeholders) to identify risks that might affect the project, quantifying the levels of risk probability and severity/impact. Informing this with awareness of the strategic fit of a project and relationship with neighbouring projects.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define and ensure total project quality in line with Wiley guidelines. Managing stakeholder expectations, delivering on requirements and building productive relationships.
Develops and maintains project schedules, coordination and scheduling of all resources required for the LIMS project implementation, resolving conflicts, identifying and successfully resolving issues impacting project schedules and costs.
