The Staff Quality Engineer will function as the project team lead in all matters related to Quality Engineering. Work with vendors and internal teams to establish KPI requirements to ensure meaningful network reporting and accurate alarming; provide monitoring support during outages and mission critical network changes, as well as daily core checks.
