In this role, the selected candidate will manage new product development programs through a defined stage/gate process from concept to commercialization that meet/exceed customer expectations, drive consumer loyalty and deliver incremental volume.
Incumbent will manage and coordinate product development activities for Clinical projects. Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues. Manages Clinical project budgets and prepares status and risk management reports for top management.
Collaborates with senior and executive leaders to identify the education and skills gap between the work that is required by the business and the performance of that work by the employees. Directs the development of curriculum, implement a skills management and competency/proficiency development process, prioritizes skills training and development imperatives, using a strategic approach, supervise development of specific courseware to address skill gaps for field operations and business office employees.
Manage sales transaction flows across desktop / mobile / tablet from initial visit through order submission. Develop marketing requirements and technical specifications for flows and features within the sales funnel.
This role and team is responsible for developing and executing the strategy to manage the Fios device lifecycle of TV Set Top Boxes, Broadband Routers, and other consumer premise equipment (CPE) required to power the Fios experience.
